I Finally Got an Amazon US Review!
Once again I pulled up Running From Herself's book page to copy the link (I know, I know; I should have it memorized by now, but that's a lot of letters and numbers), and I noticed it now has four US reviews. Last I checked, there were three and not "reviews", per se, but ratings only. As I scrolled down the page, I expected to again see a five-star rating (as my review average up top showed), but nothing else.
Well, surprise! It was short but it was there!
That's all I asked for at the end of the novel ~ I specifically wrote, "a sentence or two is fine" (David Gaughran's advice).
And this review was from a guy! I don't say that to be denigrating; on the contrary. I just never expected a man to read the novel. So, thank you, "you"! (I'm obviously leaving his name out of it.)
(Also note that it was a verified purchase.)
My book is officially a five-star read! (All five of the reads it got, including the one from my favorite fan in the UK.)
I know what you're thinking, but I am not a geek. It's just that I so seldom get any good news, I feel the need to shout it.
That's all for now. (happy face emoji)
