My Amazon Author Page Disappeared

I haven't checked my reviews in months, but now that I'm on the verge of publishing my novel, I thought I'd verify whether any new ones existed, especially since a comment I made on Reddit (unrelated to writing) seems to have ticked off a few people. It is commonly known that assholes will spam an author's account with bad reviews if they don't like you.

Well, guess what? I have NO reviews, which is puzzling since I used to have some. In fact, my entire Amazon author page is blank ~ no bio, no library of books, no anything. Interesting development. It's difficult enough to get a new book off the ground without suddenly having no online presence whatsoever.

I shot off an email to Amazon, but they haven't been overly communicative in the past (a previous unrelated request I sent them never received a response). I thought it would be a good idea to check if my books still exist in their store, and they do. Also, the "learn more about the author" on one of my book listings does bring up my full bio, so at this point I'm completely confused. It's all well and good that I'm visible to readers, but if I want to find my reviews, I can't. I suppose I could check under all nine or ten books, but that's pretty inefficient.

I don't need this unexpected irritant, especially at this point. I've got enough to deal with preparing for publishing. And if I do have any spam reviews due to someone not liking my politics, I want to be able to alert Amazon to that fact.

Some people just have too much time on their hands.
